According to reports from WFTV, the ABC affiliate in Orlando, a man killed his wife and two children before taking his own life in a series of violent, disturbing acts early Monday morning in Seminole County.
The report said 30-year-old Henry Ramone Brown hid in the trunk of his wife's car at Chili's late Sunday evening, waiting for her to come outside. When she did, he jumped out and stabbed her to death.
Two medical professionals came out of the restaurant to help her, per Seminole County officials. The man got into his car and ran over his wife and both people trying to help her. One of the medical professionals has since been released from he hospital; the other was listed in stable condition as of early Monday morning.
He then drove to pick up his two young children, aged 1 and 4 years old, from a babysitter. The Seminole County sheriff's office report said he took them with him to look for his wife at a local hospital.
Deputies at the hospital recognized him. Brown opened fire and ran back out to the car. Deputies returned fire, but no injuries were reported in this incident.
A short time later, authorities located his vehicle on I-4. The two children were dead and Brown had committed suicide.
