Authorities are investigating suspicious packages at the Pinellas County Courthouse in Clearwater.
The items were found outside the County Justice Center around 6:45 a.m.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office confirmed the investigation, and the Hillsborough Bomb Squad was called in to assist.
Details remained unclear as of 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
No evacuations were necessary.
