Detectives with the Polk County Sheriff's Office have launched a search for 62-year-old Patrick Isaac Rodney, who was last seen Wednesday in Haines City.
About 7 p.m. Wednesday Rodney walked away from the Latino Brother's Barbershop at 35564 Highway 27 in Haines City and hasn't been seen since, a Polk County Sheriff's Office news release said.
Rodney, who uses a black cane when he walks, is medically diagnosed with short-term memory loss, diabetes, AFIB and congenital heart disease.
He is between transitional homes and does not have a permanent residence at this time. Rodney normally travels by taxi and sometimes stays at hotels.
Rodney has gray hair, brown eyes, weighs 230 pounds, and stands 5'8" tall.
