Tampa police are on the scene of a shooting in the 2600 block of 18th Street in Tampa this morning.
The shooting involved a neighbor dispute, police said. One neighbor shot the other.
An unidentified man was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
A woman has been detained for questioning, Tampa police said.
At this time, it appears the victim suffered a serious injury, Tampa police Lt. G.A. Neal said in a news release.
