With Memorial Day Weekend one week away, Grill Master Lanse Bishop of Longhorn Steakhouse visited the ABC Action News studio to demonstrates how to make the perfect steak.
He recommends the porterhouse as an ideal choice for the backyard grill on the indoors griddle. Bishop said it offers the best of two types of steaks in one - a filet and New York prime.
He encourages grill masters to season the steak well before placing it on the grill or just after it goes on the grill.
