The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is once again reminding people not to paint wildlife after a white ibis bird was found painted orange in Jupiter, Fla.
The white ibis is protected in the state of Florida and painting wildlife is illegal.
The bird in this case was successfully captured and taken to the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter for rehab.
This story comes just weeks after gopher tortoises were found with painted shells in southwest Florida.
