Residents in and around the Tampa Bay Area may see and hear more military aircrafts flying overhead now until June 23.
MacDill Air Force Base is hosting F/A-18 Hornet aircrafts based out of Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach.
The fighter jets will be most active between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.
The Air Force Base did not release more information about the increased military air traffic.
