UPDATE | Phac Ngyuen has been found and is in good condition.
Hillsborough sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing 88-year-old man with dementia.
Phac Ngyuen was last seen at his home in the Lake Magdalene area near West Bearss Avenue about 4 a.m. Sunday, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Ngyuen is 5-foot-6 and weighs 150 pounds. He has short, gray hair and is balding. He walks with a cane.
He was last seen wearing a light brown, long sleeve shirt and blue pants.
Ngyuen speaks little English and has no identification with him.
He is considered a missing, endangered individual.
