Another night in Tampa, another neighborhood is learning they might have had a terrorist in their midst.

The FBI asking for any information about Mukhammadzoir Kadirov in relation to the deadly attack in Lower Manhatten.

Less than an hour after their first tweet seeking to find Kadirov, they released in a news conference that “we found him.”

They would not comment further.

“He was cautious with his surroundings,” Jeremy Clemente said. Clemente lived below Kadirov for several months.

“He would always look around and make sure nobody was looking at him,” Clemente said.  When he walked down the steps over there he would look around and then like speed walk to his car.”

Kena Mack said she has lived in the Wexford apartments for more than a decade. She remembers Kadirov too.

“I’m like this guy looks weird he was just walking up and down the block, that’s him! That’s him!,” Mack said. “Just weird, just walking weird, just looking around I don’t know it was just weird…it freaks me out it freaks me out.”

A man who identified himself as Chris, currently lives in Kadirov’s old apartment. Chris said federal agents came to his door asking a lot of questions.

“Just simple things. Did you know him? Was there anything weird when he moved in? Things like that,” Chris said.

According to the FBI they are seeking the public's assistance with information about Mukhammadzoir Kadiro. If you have any information you can contact their tip number: call 1-800-CALLFBI (1-800-225-5324) and select option 1. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
