Vacant office complex in Valrico could see new life

The Angelica Commercial Complex in Valrico has been empty for years. Neighbors say broken windows, trash and vandalism have been a problem.
But that may all be changing.
The office near State Road 60 just west of Miller Road could soon be filled. The five-story glass office complex has been vacant since 2009.
Viewers wanted to know who planned to move into the building, emailing ABC Action News through Good Question on our website.
The property manager with National Properties Trust says they have two parties interested in moving in, one a medical clinic and another a religious TV network.
“They both sound promising, so hopefully it can make the neighborhood a little more attractive,” neighbor K.C. Griffin said.
Neighbors hope whoever moves in will bring jobs.
“More business in the area,” Diane Barber said. “…it should pick up.”
