A Tampa man faces a second-degree murder charge after deputies found a woman’s body in the trunk of his vehicle.
Kydel Weldon of Tampa was arrested Tuesday.
Deputies began investigating after Weldon’s roommate found blood throughout their home at 6802 Thrasher Drive.
Weldon was later found on Columbus Avenue. Deputies said his hands and clothing were covered in what appeared to be blood.
Deputies then discovered the woman’s body in his trunk. She has been identified as Tina Ryan, 45, a neighbor of Weldon.
