Suspicious package on Martin Luther King, Jr. ended up being TECO equipment

UPDATE | 8:22 a.m.--

Police report the package was gas line monitoring equipment left behind by TECO.  They are clearing the scene now and lanes should reopen shortly.

Original Story | Tampa Police Department found a suspicious package on the southeast corner Dr.  Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Habana Ave. Wednesday morning.

Reports say the package looks like a backpack.
