A Hillsborough County man is in jail, accused of targeting women in their early to mid 20's, during a robbery spree.

24-year-old Timothy Randolph was arrested on Thursday. Deputies say he robbed at least three women at the Rivertree Landing Apartment complex during the month of May.

According to arrest reports, the first robbery was on May 8th. Deputies say Randolph asked to use a woman's phone, lured her to a dark corner of the complex, shoved her to the ground and stole her purse.

On May 13th, deputies say Randolph got into a woman's car and had her drive to the same corner of the complex where he punched her several times in the head and stole two purses from her car.

On May 22nd, he's accused of jumping into another woman's car in the same corner of the complex where he threatened that victim with a gun. The report says he hit the woman several times before taking her purse and running away.

The reports say fingerprints from one of the purses came back as a match for Randolph. The other two victims identified Randolph by his booking photo.
