Driver attacked by homeless man at Tampa stoplight

Tampa Police arrested a homeless man they say attacked a driver at a stoplight.

According to reports, the attack was unprovoked. The arrest documents say 34-year-old David Fogg approached the vehicle at the intersection of E. 109th Avenue and North Nebraska Avenue.

The driver's window was open when Fogg approached in the crosswalk and started punching the male driver in the face, according ot the documents.

Police say Fogg admitted to the crime.
