Good Samaritans rescued a little kitten tossed in a trash bag from a car in Wauchula.
Workers at the Hardee Animal Rescue Team reported on Facebook a driver tossed a trash bag containing the little male kitten onto the side of State Road 64 on Monday.

A few people who stopped to see why the bag was moving discovered the kitten in the bag.
The kitten has a bad eye infection and is very malnourished. He will likely be put up for adoption once he is fully recovered.
