Deputies search for two young brothers missing in Highlands County

The Highlands County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in locating two young brothers from Sebring.

According to their Facebook page, 8-year-old Roger A. Clements Jr. and 5-year-old Cayden L. Clements were last seen with their father Roger Allen Clements.

They say the the Florida Department of Children and Families obtained a signed Order to Take into Custody for the two children, but have been unable to locate them.

“They are not in danger. DCF got an order to take them back in custody. but dad isn’t willing to turn them over. Not sure if he has visitation and hasn’t taken them back or what. They just want to find them,” said Scott Dressel who is the PIO for the Highlands Co. Sheriff's Office.

Roger's last known address is 3525 Cemetery Road in Sebring. They believe he may be driving his white 2003 Ford pickup with Florida tag: 9723XA.
