A former USF quarterback was arrested and charged with felony burglary Monday morning.

According to police documents, Steven Eugene Bench, 22, broke inside a Tampa business in the 2300 block of Kennedy Boulevard around 3:40 a.m.

Once the alarm sounded, Bench panicked and started running around the business. He then broke out the front glass door to escape and he was arrested shortly after.
