TAMPA, Fla. — During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of you are now working from home.

Some of you may even be working from home with your children around.

Those kids may not be old enough yet to fully entertain themselves. We reached out to FlexJobs for some advice:

If you're able, split your days up, especially if your partner is working from home too. But, make sure you're prioritizing your schedule.
Take advantage of working when your kids are asleep.
Interruptions are likely to happen, praise and reward your kid for good behavior.
Reach out to your village for help.
