The teen charged with posing as a fake doctor is now looking for a new attorney.
Malachi Love- Robinson, 18, is accused of practicing medicine without a license. An undercover agent said he was arrested after trying to perform a physical on her, and Love-Robinson also offered medical advice.
Love-Robinson is also accused of grand theft and forgery.
An 86-year-old woman claims he defrauded her after a series of visits to her home to treat her for severe stomach pain.
His court appearance was originally set to determine if he would accept a plea deal.
In April Love-Robinson was offered three years in prison and five years probation. But instead of taking the deal he told the judge he wants a new lawyer to represent him.
“I’m praying number one. Keeping myself calm,” he said.

Love-Robinson wouldn’t specifically say why he wants a new attorney but he hinted at some communication issues.
The judge told him to come back Thursday with his new attorney.
His trial date is still scheduled for July.
