Berry Oatmeal Smoothie 
1/3 cup oatmeal
6 tbsp or half 6 ounce container plain, greek or vanilla yogurt 
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup/about 6-8 frozen strawberries  
Hearty Breakfast Bowl (Easy to prep the night before)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon good-quality balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup packed mixed baby greens
1/2 medium avocado, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half
Chopped tomatoes to your liking 

Avocado Toast
Toast your whole grain bread; Next, mash an avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Add cilantro, lime, and salt + pepper then spread the mixture on the toasted slice of bread. Sprinkle with pepper and serve!
