Operation shredding to add electronics recycling this year free of charge

Quicksilver destroys or recycles some 15 to 18 million pounds of electronics a year. Much of it containing our most sensitive information.

The company adheres to the Department of Defense protocols when it comes to erasing all data from the devices it recycles.

This year Quicksilver Recycling Services is taking part in our 8th annual Operation Shredding event. They will destroy your old electronics for free. 

The laptops and hard drives will be destroyed on site. Tablets and cell phones will be put a secure box taken here to the factory and demolished.

Operation Shredding will take part Saturday at Citrus Park Town Center from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You can also bring up to 5 boxes of old personal papers for free shredding as well. Just look for the Pro Shred trucks.
