Diane Gunlogson estimates her water goes out twice a month.

Neighbors in the Crystal Lakes Mobile Home Park confirm it is an ongoing problem.

Gunlogson says she’s called both the manager’s office and the emergency maintenance line and often gets voicemail.

After hearing her story, ABC Action News contacted Pinellas Park Code Enforcement last week after the water went out again. City officials showed up at the park with in an hour.

Susan Walker, the Neighborhood Services Administrator, stated in an email:

The park has a privately owned underground piping system that keeps failing/leaking......the city's staff showed the employee how to better fix today's leak..."

Later that same afternoon residents got their water back. That was on January 31st.

So far the water has stayed on but the park manager did not respond to our calls.

City officials say the latest repair should hold. They have contacted the out of state owners about the outages.
