Homeowner Bev Oman had to go back to 2016 to find the checks she wrote to the handyman. She says it took months but he finally installed the wood floors.

The laminate job showed signs of sloppiness. The defects upset this homeowner but not as much as what the worker took from her condo.

He removed three sets of fold out doors in her pantry, utility room and air handler closet. Oman says she gave him a year to return the doors but he stopped returning her calls.

We called the handyman and left a message that he contact us about making this consumer whole again.

Within a day, Oman says he called and offered to return all of of the $2,200 she paid him. And this time he made good on his promise.
