Did you wait until the last minute to buy your Halloween Costume? No worries, Tully's How-To guide will show you some tricks on finding last-minute Halloween costumes while treating yourself and not overpaying for something you'll only wear once.

Want to know the best trick to saving money on a Halloween costume? Plan ahead to next year! On November 1 the prices on costumes will start getting slashed.

If you didn't know, Americans will spend an estimated $9 billion for costumes this year — that's pretty scary in itself — so use these tricks to treat yourself to an affordable last-minute Halloween costume.
