TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa was recently named one of the best cities in the country to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
According to WalletHub, Tampa finished in the No. 5 spot for St. Patrick's Day festivities.

Get your party on this year as the Hillsborough River will once again be dyed green for the Mayor’s River O’Green Fest in downtown Tampa.
This enormous St. Patrick's Day party features an Irish-themed party at Curtis Hixon Park in Downtown Tampa. There will be plenty of live entertainment, games, kids activities, food trucks, and of course, beer.
Morning festivities will begin with the River O’Green Gallop, family scavenger hunt, Leprechaun costume contest, as well as the Shamrock Scavenger Crawl for adults.
The entire family is welcome, including four-legged members! The event runs 11 a.m. - 5 p.m on Saturday, March 14.
Admission is Free. Everyone who brings 3 non-perishables or a $10 donation for the Salavation Army will also receive a free "St. Patrick's Army" tee-shirt.
