ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The visionary team behind Armature Works will be developing a new food hall at Sundial in St. Petersburg.

The new, all-inclusive concept will be over 25,000 square feet of commercial space featuring a variety of existing spaces including the areas occupied by LOCALE Market, Jackie Z Style Co., Wellness Center at Sundial, D-Gallerie Fine Arts and additional vacant spaces on the lower level.

In addition, the space currently occupied by FarmTable Cucina, on the second level, will also be part of the project. Jackie Z. Style Co. will move to the East side of the center.

“We are very excited to extend our brand across the bay and into downtown St. Petersburg,” said Chas Bruck, Co-Owner for Armature Works and BE1 Concepts. “While we have an ambitious timeline for completion, we look forward to launching this unique food hall experience for the entire community to enjoy.”

The new food hall will begin construction in early 2020 and should be completed in late 2020. The entire center will remain open throughout the holidays.

More details about the project will be released in the future.
