Tobias is a 1-year-old female Hound-Pit Bull Terrier mix. Even though he weighs 43 lbs., he loves to jump into laps.
Shelter workers say Tobias' great super power is his ability to give loads of kisses.
Due to the generosity of Donald Jeffrey, his Pit Project sponsor, Tobias' adoption fee is now $75. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
