You may have heard the results of a new study. Moms work about 98 hours a week, the equivalent of 2.5 full-time jobs.

It is reality for a lot of women in the Tampa Bay area. So how do you make it all work?

We reached out to moms (and dads, too) who are getting creative when it comes to building their village — so to speak.

"I know when I first had my baby, I brought her home and I was like, what am I supposed to do now? Who am I supposed to meet?," Kas Miller said.

So, she started a secret Facebook group to help get through those tough times.

"It's so reassuring to know I'm not the only person who broke down today because parenthood is not what they told me on the movies," said Miller.

If you're trying to find a group near you, just search Facebook using some keywords like "Tampa Mom" or "Largo Mom" and see what pops up.

There's more than likely one right in your city. But, most of them are private and you might have to answer a few questions to verify you live nearby.
