VENICE, Fla. — Venice Police are investigating the death of a 23-year-old female found on Thursday morning in Venice.
The woman was identified as Kay Bennett of Clearwater.
Police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Park Boulevard in Venice at 7:45 a.m.
Officials say this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no danger to the community. They say the investigation is still active, but there is no indication of foul play at this time.

Part of South Park Boulevard was closed during the initial investigation but has reopened at this time.
