A 26-year-old Crystal River man is accused of holding a pregnant woman against her will after she declined his demands to have sexual intercourse.
Grant Corbin is now charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant victim and false imprisonment.
Citrus County deputies say it happened Monday night at a Crystal River home.
According to deputies, the woman was involved in a physical altercation with Corbin and had injuries to her neck.
The woman claims Corbin grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the floor because Corbin wanted to have sex with her and she refused his advances.
An affidavit states Corbin blocked the woman from leaving and reportedly told her if she was not willing to have sex with him he would "take it."
The woman says she hit Corbin in an effort to get to safety.
Corbin is being held without bond.
