The Sarasota Police Department has located the father of a child found wandering in a parking lot of a Sarasota apartment complex early Monday morning.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
The boy, appears to be between 4 and 5 years old and was found wearing only a diaper by a resident who lived nearby. The child was unable to speak with officers.
