Police: Two women, one possibly pregnant, raid infant section of Wal-Mart, leave without paying

WINTER HAVEN - Winter Haven police are searching for two suspects who targeted the infant and children's department in a theft spree at a local Wal-Mart.

One of the suspects appeared to be pregnant, according to the report.

The two women walked into the Wal-Mart at 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd., just before 4 a.m. Thursday morning.

They went to many different areas of the store, but spend most of their time in sections geared toward babies and children.

At some point, one was seen rolling a garbage can and the other getting a plastic-tote style crate.

Surveillance video captured them with no items in their shopping cart, just the garbage can and the tote.

They placed the two items at the front of the store between aisles, eventually went back to retrieve them and walked out of the store without paying.

The first suspect is described as a black woman about 40-years-old who is possibly pregnant.

She had her hair pulled back, wearing a multi-colored striped ankle-length, sleeveless dress, and she was carrying a pink and black purse.

The second suspect is described as a black woman in her 20s with long braided hair, covered with a pink or red covering.

She was wearing black pants, and white long-sleeved shirt and she carried a bright pink purse.
