TAMPA, Fla. — Detectives with Tampa Police are trying to identify a man caught on camera prowling and loitering around at least two homes.
The suspect is described as a white man, with a thin build, short hair and in his late teens to early 20s.
Police say the man was first recorded on Oct. 29 just before 6 a.m. outside of a home in the 15000 block of Dawson Ridge Rd.
He can be seen trying to look into the opaque windows of a bathroom before he runs away.

The man was then reported at a nearby home in the 5300 block of Burchette Rd. on Nov. 4.
That homeowner told police surveillance video showed the man was looking into the bathroom window on Oct. 25 and again on Nov. 4.
The man is facing charges for loitering and prowling. Detectives are asking anyone who recognizes him to call them at 813-231-6130.
