4:16 PM, Sep 10, 2013
Are you ever curious about the real lives of politicians, celebrities, local newsmakers and athletes?
Each Tuesday, ABC Action News asks 10 questions of a Bay area leader, politician or even national celebrity.
We go beyond the questions that are news of the day. After all sometimes, we want know more about them. What's their favorite music? Greatest success? And who do they look up to?
For the next several weeks, I am profiling my fellow dancers taking part in Julie Weintraub's Hands Across the Bay Dancing with the Stars local extravaganza.
I am honored to take part in this event which is one of the most popular in the Bay area.
In it's sixth year-the fourth with Hands Across the Bay, the event proceeds benefit local charities and individuals who need help.
This week Brian Artze answers our 10 questions.
Brian owns American Clinical Solutions. Brian describes his company as a "drug testing laboratory, with the intent to assist physicians with prescribing responsibly and to help monitor their patients' compliance of the prescription narcotics they take"
He is very passionate and proud of his business that he feels benefits the community-and he credits part of his success to his great upbringing.
Brian was born in the small town of Decatur, IL. A town that he said his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather built together from the ground up.
Brian credits the men in his life for also giving him ambition, endurance and witnessing the joy of watching something start from an idea and then growing into something that can benefit an entire community.
Brian is doing quite well with the on line votes-he's near the very top and at last check second place! Don't ask about me! I'm pretty close to the bottom!

Dancing has become an extremely popular work out and activity following the hit ABC series, DANCING WITH THE STARS.
Fred Astaire Studio's in Tampa Bay are graciously providing the training we need. My dance instructor, Chris Carr is the best teacher! He is so patient with me and my two left feet:)
