Eating juicing diet to live healthy life

Tracee Sloan has been juicing for about 13 years. It helped her outcome a couple of serious illnesses and put her back on track to living a healthy lifestyle.

Sloan says it's never to late or early to incorporate juicing into your diet. 

Here is the recipe for a healthy drink that can be an excellent beginner juice and a great way to get children into juicing. 

Apple Crisp 
5 apples
2 celery
2 oranges, peeled
The Any Time Cocktail (will demo): A nice array of vegetables, yet it tastes delicious. She can make apple crisp and not have to clean the juicer in between as well.
2 apples
2 celery
1 cucumber
5 kale
1/2 lemon
2 oranges, peeled
1 handful of parsley
Can't Beet It (won't demo  for on-screen purposes, photo attached): A good weight loss juice
2 apples
1 beet
4 carrots
3 celery
1/2 cucumber
1 inch of ginger root
