Most experts tell you not to run away from you problems, but when it comes to allergies, it turns out that may be a good idea.
As plants begin to bloom in the spring season, allergy sufferers everywhere are undoubtedly suffering from sneezing, itching and the other symptoms spurred by pollen.
But new research from Thailand says to bypass the medicine and run for 30 minutes instead, Men's Health reports.
In the study, subjects who ran for 30 minutes experienced a reduction in sneezing, runny nose, congestion and nasal itching by more than 70 percent.
A proposed reason as to why exercise is effective is the fact that cardio exercise calms inflammatory proteins.
