2/5 lbs Ditalini Pasta, cooked al dente
4 lbs Cheddar Cheese
4 Tbsp Colemans Dried Mustard
2 Tbsp Tabasco
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp White Pepper
1 1/2 lbs Cream Cheese
1/2 lb Butter
8 oz. Flour, cook roux
2 qts. Heavy Cream
1/2 gal. Milk

To taste - add melted whole butter to cake

7 cup Parm cheese
7 cup Panko Bread Crumb
3 cup Melted butter
