PB Chocolate cookie dough
1 c peanut butter
1 c confectioners sugar
1 sleeve graham cracker pulsed finely
1 stick (1/2 c ) of butter melted
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c of your favorite Oreo ( I used theirsmores flavor)
Mix all ingredients well and top with extrachocolate chips and cookiesserve with pretzels, marshmallow and graham crackers
Pepperoni Rolls
1/2 lb thinly sliced pepperoni from the deli
1 c of shredded mozzarella
1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese for topping
Preheat oven to 375 roll out crescent roll & separate into 8 triangles at top end of each triangle add 1 tablespoon of cheese top the cheese with 2 large slices of pepperoni, pepperoni, start to roll and keep tucking the cheese & pepperoni in as you roll it, spray with cooking spray, dust with parm cheese
bake for 15-18 min
Buffalo hummus
1 (15.5-oz.) can chickpeas
1/2 c. diced roasted red bell pepper
1/4 c. tahini
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese, divided
1/4 c. hot sauce
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c blue cheese dressing
Kosher salt
Drain&Rinse chickpeas, add everything into food processor except 1/4 c of blue cheese. pulse until thin. add olive oil if too thick. Add to serving bowl & top w/remaining blue cheese, drizzle w/blue cheese dressing. serve w/pita
chips, celery & carrots.
