Opening in summer 2020, the non-profit Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center is located over the waters of Tampa Bay, halfway down the new St. Pete Pier ™. The Discovery Center, with its soaring rooflines, floor to ceiling glass walls, and outdoor wet classroom, creates a dynamic visitor experience. An exhibit-rich gallery of live marine habitats, hands-on interactive displays and video presentations tell the story of Tampa Bay and share the history and recovery of this unique ecosystem.
