Extra virgin olive oil is America’s healthiest cooking fat and one of nature’s most authentic superfoods, and there are so many different ways to use EVOO and reap its health benefits.

Recipe:

{ Place corn, in husks on grill. While that’s cooking, combine tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and healthy pour of Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl and stir. Let that sit for 10 minutes. To serve, combine the softened butter and 1/4 cup of the pico de gallo. Stir to incorporate completely. Top corn with pico de gallo butter}
