Classic Mint Julep
2 1/2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
3/4 oz simple syrup
3-4 Mint sprigs
Method: Add leaves from 2 mint sprigs to the bottom of a glass. Add simple syrup, then stir well with a spoon. Add Maker’s Mark bourbon with crushed ice and stir again. Add more crushed ice.
Garnish: lots of mint on top
