Backing the Bay, powered by The Identity Tampa Bay, is Vinik Sports Group's new marketing grant program designed to help small businesses throughout the Tampa Bay community. The program will feature one locally-owned small business per month throughout 2021, at least half of which will be the minority, woman, veteran, or LGBT-owned. Each monthly marketing grant is worth up to $50,000, totaling half a million dollars in marketing assets throughout the rest of the year.
