Hurricane Season starts June 1 and it is a reminder for families to plan ahead, especially if you have young kids or a child with special medical needs. Dr. Jen Arnold, medical
director of the simulation program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, encourages families to make and practice their plans early this summer. She also offers tips on what to pack in your family’s hurricane kit and how to talk to kids about what to expect if bad weather hits. Learn more at HopkinsAllChildrens.org
