Haiku is an Asian Fusion concept featuring Izakaya style dishes, and recipes combining other Asian influences. A notable dining experience matched with a creative beverage menu including sakes, sangria, and hand-crafted cocktails. Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese bar that serves alcoholic drinks and small plates.
