Cocktail Name: Novello 2 parts Flor de Cana
18 .5 Part Velvet Falernum Liqueur
4 dashes of Cherry Bitters
Glass: Old Fashioned
Method: Stir Garnish: Strawberry Chocolate Piece
Fun fact: Flor de Caña is a Nicaraguan rum and prides itself in its sustainability efforts, as it’s one of the first spirits to become Fair Trade Certified and is distilled 100% with renewable energy. Flor de Cana is the first spirit to be both Fair Trade and Carbon Neutral certified.
Cocktail Name: The Sailor Flip
1 1/2 Parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1/2 Part dark crème de cacao, preferably Tempest Fugit
1/2 Part maple syrup
1 whole egg
Pinch of sea salt
2 dashes whiskey barrel aged bitters, preferably Fee Bros.
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Method: Combine all ingredients into shaker and shake without ice. Fill shaker with ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a sour glass and garnish.
