Dough Celebrates Fall with Delicious Pies

Making pie is easier than you might think!   Dough Chef Jen Greif shares her tips on making the perfect crust.

Dough's Homemade Pie Dough


Makes (2) 9 inch pies



12 oz all purpose flour

2 tsp salt

2 tbl sugar

8 oz butter (cold, cubed)

4 oz cold water



- Combine flour, salt, sugar in a a Kitcen Aid mixer with a paddle attachment on low speed.

- Add cold butter cubes and allow them to be mixed until they're the size of peas.

- Add cold water and paddle the mixture until a dough ball forms.

- Roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch thickness.
