Emmy nominated actor, Milo Ventimiglia is joining Duracell and the FDNY to remind people that Daylight Saving is the perfect time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors.
Together, Duracell, Milo and the FDNY are helping to educate people on the importance of having a working smoke detector in your house. Two thirds of all fire deaths occur in homes in which smoke detectors either aren’t present or aren’t working. While fires can't always be prevented, you can have the trusted power of Duracell to help alert you. To get the message out, Duracell and Milo created a light-hearted PSA that comes with a simple reminder to put new Duracell batteries in your smoke detectors after changing your clocks on Sunday.
