Audi driverless car tests on Selmon Expressway

TAMPA - The Lee Roy Selmon Expressway's Reversible Express Lanes were closed Monday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as Audi tests a driverless car.

Florida is one of only three states that allow automated cars to be tested on roads accessible to the public. Less than a dozen sites nationwide have been approved to test the driverless vehicles.
