Orlando Magic center Adonal Foyle underwent
arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, the team announced Wednesday.
The 34-year-old has not played in any of Orlando's preseason games, and the
team said his return will depend on how he responds to treatment.
Foyle played in 10 combined games for the Magic and Grizzlies last season.
He was traded to Memphis as part of a three-team deal that sent Rafer
Alston to Orlando on February 19, was released by Memphis and subsequently re-
signed with Orlando in late March.
The 12th-year pro out of Colgate averaged 1.7 points and 2.6 rebounds in 6.2
minutes per game. He was originally selected by Golden State with the eighth
overall pick of the 1997 NBA Draft.
