Tampa Bay Rays take on the Texas Rangers tonight in tiebreaker game for AL Wild Card Game

The Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays both finished the season 91-71, and will need to play a tiebreaker game today to determine who will face the Cleveland Indians in the AL Wild Card Game.
Martin Perez will start the game for the Rangers. Perez made 19 starts in his rookie season, going 10-5 with a 3.55 ERA. The southpaw does a good job limiting walks and forcing groundballs, but owns a below-average strikeout rate.
David Price will take the mound for the Rays. Price followed his 2012 AL Cy Young campaign with another strong season, going 9-8 with a 3.39 ERA. The lefty showed impressive command, striking out 147 batters over 177 2/3 innings while only issuing 26 walks.
Texas edged Tampa Bay 4-3 in the season series, earning the honor to host the game. The game will start at 8:07 p.m. ET, with coverage on TBS. TBS pre-game coverage of the event will start at 7:30 p.m. ET, with post-game coverage afterwards.
